Beginning in 2004, founder Michael Feinberg began Windward as a freelance software development shop. Now, the company has matured its focus on improving access and quality of overseas and remote resources, resources. Windward has been able to address historical concerns by providing a solution to communication barriers, cultural differences, logistical challenges, and time zone issues.

Unlike other companies, Windward provides American expatriate leadership at each one of our offshore locations.
